Case Manager - Social Work
The Case Manager coordinates the full continuum of resident services—from admission through discharge—ensuring each resident’s experience is cohesive, therapeutic, and compliant with state and organizational standards.
​In addition to managing referrals, intakes, documentation, IPOS development, and family coordination, the Case Manager will also provide up to two (2) hours of individualized psychosocial therapy daily for residents, offering clinical and emotional support that drives meaningful therapeutic progress. This is a key clinical leadership position requiring strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of behavioral health and trauma-informed care principles.

Behavior Technician - 2nd Shift
Behavior Technician is a specialized role that will be supervised by a BCBA. The role consists of implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans within a short term residential unit. Our clients are children and adolescents who have mental health disorders as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This position is unique to the ABA field in that the technician is a full time employee not designated to a particular case. This position WILL NOT require travel from site to site. All clients will be seen in the short term crisis / residential unit.
